With over a decade of teaching experience, I offer personalized drum and percussion lessons for all levels — from elementary students discovering rhythm for the first time to college-bound musicians preparing for auditions.

My goal as a teacher is to nurture each student’s passion for music while helping them develop a disciplined and rewarding practice routine. Lessons cover all styles including jazz, rock, funk, pop, Latin, and classical percussion, while focusing on the core fundamentals that make great musicianship possible.

Each session includes work on rudiments, technique refinement, four-way coordination, and developing strong “ears” through active listening, transcribing, and building musical vocabulary. Students receive personalized assignments to work on at home, ensuring consistent progress and growth between lessons.

Lesson Rate: $65 per hour

Terms & Conditions

• Cancellations: Any lesson cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time must be paid in full.

• Rescheduling: If I need to cancel a lesson for any reason, I will reschedule it at a mutually convenient time.

• Payment: Payment is due at or before the time of each lesson unless otherwise arranged.

• Late Payments: Consistent late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of lessons. Lessons will not continue until outstanding balances are cleared.

• Transportation: Students must have transportation arranged to arrive and depart promptly. Please ensure pickup is ready immediately after the lesson — no lingering or waiting on site.

• Lateness: Lesson times cannot be extended due to late arrival; please plan accordingly.

• Practice Expectation: Students are expected to practice consistently between lessons to ensure steady progress.
